Found a place to live

October 22, 2009 - Yesterday we received confirmation that the rental home we spotted is available for us! Quite a relief, because this means that we have a place to live as of December 1st. It feels good, to have arranged for a home base right after we arrive.

The rental home is situated in Rivers, a village approx. 40 km north of Brandon, the city where we aim to find a job. There are good schools available and it has about 1200 inhabitants, just right.

Our own home is still for sale, but considering the deadline we´ve now arrived at a point where renting it is another possible solution. We´re in touch with several interested parties, and will proceed with these contacts in the coming weeks.
