No internet

December 9, 2009 - It is weird, 10 years ago we would have called or wrote a letter, but hey, nowadays we have internet. So we planned on emailing, skyping and chatting with everybody instead of calling and writing. But, we don’t have an internetconnection yet. We have ordered it and it would be installed on Friday, but the installer hasn’t called, we went by the store several times, but still no certainty that things will proceed as planned. So sorry folks, if you read this, we expected it all to go much much faster than this.

There is an internet cafe here in Brandon, but first you pay way too much to be online for half an hour and not all clients look that trustworthy. The last three messages (including this one) I have prepared on the laptop first and then put them online by using the unsecured network from the drugstore while standing in the parking lot.

If it’s not ready by Friday, I might have to look for other options. See you later!
